These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PruneChart (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you agree to provide accurate account information.
Your content
You retain all rights to the value stream maps and other content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, display and process that content solely to operate the Service for you and the people you share it with.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data.
- Don't upload malicious content or abuse shared-link access.
Plans & billing
Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices shown on the site are placeholders until billing launches; the applicable price will be the one presented at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PruneChart is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
